
Ingredients:
• Paneer – 200 gm
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Onions – 1.5 cup, chopped
• Green chillies – 4, chopped
• Ginger – 2 cm, chopped
• Garlic – 1 pod, chopped
• Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 tbsp, chopped
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the paneer.
- Mix with chilli powder, turmeric salt.
- Heat oil, fry onions till light brown.
- Add green chillies, ginger-garlic and fry well.
- Add the grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
- Fry for about 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
