
Ingredients:
• 2 medium-sized Mango (preferably sour)
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1-2 Red Chilli
• 1 tsp – Haldi powder
• 100 gms – Jaggery
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash mangoes, wipe them dry and grate them.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan and add mustard seeds.
- When they splutter, add red chilli broken into two.
- Add grated mangoes and fry.
- Add chilli powder, salt and haldi powder.
- Let it cook for some time.
- Add jaggery and let it cook.
- Take it off fire when oil floats on top.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
- Tastes good with chapattis and bread.
