Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Tomato
• 1/2 cup – thick Curd
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  2. Mix the onion, tomato, salt, mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
