Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg lamb or Mutton spare ribs
• 1 tsp chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp chopped Garlic
• 2 tbsps Vinegar
• 2 large onions, sliced fine
• 2 or 3 green chillies, slit
• 3 tbsps oil
• 2 tsps pepper powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the spare ribs and marinate them with the pepper powder, vinegar and salt for about 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Now add the marinated spare ribs and mix will.
- Add sufficient water and cook till the spare ribs are tender and soft and the gravy dries.
- Garnish with onion rings.
