Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Tofu (grated)
• 1 cup – Mashed Potatoes
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Capsicum (chopped )
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• Salt
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Marinate the grated tofu with red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Let them sit for an hour.
- Heat enough oil, sputter the cumin seeds, add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute until the onions turns translucent.
- Now add the chopped capsicum chunks and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the marinated tofu, mashed potatoes and saute on simmer until everything gets well cooked.
- Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and enjoy with rice or rotis.
