Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Tofu (grated)
• 1 cup – Mashed Potatoes
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Capsicum (chopped )
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• Salt
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Marinate the grated tofu with red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
  2. Let them sit for an hour.
  3. Heat enough oil, sputter the cumin seeds, add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute until the onions turns translucent.
  4. Now add the chopped capsicum chunks and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the marinated tofu, mashed potatoes and saute on simmer until everything gets well cooked.
  6. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and enjoy with rice or rotis.
