Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 100 g – fresh peas
• 100 g – mashed Tomato
• 3 – whole Tomatoes
• 25 g – Green chilli paste
• 1 tsp -garam masala
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 25 g – Ginger paste
• 25 g – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1/2 – tsp Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan, splutter cumin seeds, add garlic and saute.
  2. Now add mashed tomato and green chilli paste and fry for 4 mins.
  3. Put boiled peas, tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, ginger paste and Kashmiri chilli powder.
  4. Fry for few mins and then add paneer.
  5. Simmer for 3 mins and serve.
