Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 2 – Simla green mirchi
• 1 – Simla red mirchi
• 1 – yellow mirchi
• 2 – big Onions
• 2 – boiled Potatoes
• 3 cubes – cheese
• Coriander and Mint leaves for garnishing
• Green chillies – 1 tsp
• Ginger- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Oil -3 tbsp
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Grind green chillies, coriander, mint, half Simla mirchi, ginger garlic paste.
  2. Fry and cut boiled potatoes and sprinkle little salt on it. Keep aside.
  3. Pour 1 tsp oil in the pan and fry onions till it is half cooked. Keep aside.
  4. Now put butter and saute and mix the cooked rice and keep it aside.
  5. Pour oil, fry the remaining smile mirchi and the ground masala.
  6. Fry till the oil separates. Then add onion, fried potatoes and let it cook for about 1-2 mins.
  7. Now add the rice and salt as required and let cook for a while.
  8. After it is cooked, serve with grated cheese and fried onions.
