Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• 2 – medium sized onion, chopped finely
• Make fine paste of:
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 4-5 – Green chillies
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 4 tsp – yellow Mustard Seeds
• 1 – medium sized Tomato

Method:

  1. Clean, wash, drain, pat dry and marinate chicken with salt, turmeric powder, a little vinegar and keep for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat the kadai, add 50 g of oil, add the chopped onions fry till brown.
  3. Put the marinated chicken and fry on low flame
  4. Fry till the water, dries add all the masalas, cover and keep in low flame for 10 mins.
  5. When done add coriander leaves.
  6. Serve.
