Ingredients:
• 5 – bread slices
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tbsp – Milk Cream
• 1 – green chilly
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 pinch – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Make a puree of tomatoes.
- Add egg, then milk cream, pepper powder, green chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander and salt.
- Mix well and then dip one slice of bread in the batter and fry till light brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
