
Ingredients:
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – sooji
• 2 tsp – oil to fry
• Pepper powder
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• Salt
• Sugar
Method:
- Make the puree of tomatoes.
- Then add oil, sugar, salt and pepper powder as per taste.
- Add wheat flour, sooji and make the dough.
- Make small pooris and deep-fry in oil.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
