
Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese (Paneer) – 1 block
• Curd – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Dried Fenugreek leaves – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Maida – 1/2 cup
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Salt – for taste
• Chill powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – to fry
• Corn flakes – 1/2 cup
• Oats – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Chop the cottage cheese into long strips.
- Take curd in a wide bowl and add chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, kasoori methi, ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Beat well until well mixed.
- Now drop in the cottage cheese fingers into it and allow it to marinate for an hour.
- Meanwhile take maida, corn flour, salt and chilli powder in a mixing bowl and add just enough water to make a moderately thick paste.
- Now dip the marinated cottage cheese fingers in the maida paste.
- Immediately roll it in some crushed corn flakes or oats and deep fry it in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
- Crispy crunchy cottage cheese fingers are ready.
