Ingredients:

• Cottage cheese (Paneer) – 1 block
• Curd – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Dried Fenugreek leaves – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Maida – 1/2 cup
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Salt – for taste
• Chill powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – to fry
• Corn flakes – 1/2 cup
• Oats – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Chop the cottage cheese into long strips.
  2. Take curd in a wide bowl and add chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, kasoori methi, ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Beat well until well mixed.
  3. Now drop in the cottage cheese fingers into it and allow it to marinate for an hour.
  4. Meanwhile take maida, corn flour, salt and chilli powder in a mixing bowl and add just enough water to make a moderately thick paste.
  5. Now dip the marinated cottage cheese fingers in the maida paste.
  6. Immediately roll it in some crushed corn flakes or oats and deep fry it in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Crispy crunchy cottage cheese fingers are ready.
