Ingredients:
• 8 – Bread slices.
• 3 – potatoes, boiled and mashed.
• 2 – onions, finely chopped.
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped.
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped.
• Coriander leaves – finely chopped.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder (optional).
• Butter or oil.
Method:
- Take two bread slices and cut them.
- Cross to give a triangular shape.
- Boil the potatoes and mash them.
- Now, add the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, salt, chilli powder and finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients well and put them in between the two half cut bread slices.
- Heat the pan. Take small amount of oil or butter to fry them (not deep fry) till golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
