Ingredients:

• 12 frankfurters (Cut in small pieces)
• 2 cups basmati Rice
• 3 Onions
• 1 maggi Chicken cube
• 3 tsps Garam Masala
• 2 tsps Red Chilli powder (More if spicier required)
• 2 tsps coriander powder
• 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
• 2 tsp soya sauce
• Salt for taste

Method:

  1. In a cooker, fry the onions in oil.
  2. Once the onions are translucent, add the garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garlic ginger paste, soya sauce, Maggi chicken cube and let fry for a minute on slow fire.
  3. Add the frankfurters to the cooker, mix the ingredients and fry again for a minute.
  4. Wash the rice, add to the cooker and mix all the ingredients again.
  5. Fill the cooker with water till one inch above the mixture.
  6. Add the salt.
  7. Close the lid and make the fire higher.
  8. After three whistles, turn the gas off.
  9. Let the cooker cool on its own for 10 minutes.
  10. Open, mix everything again and serve.
