Ingredients:
• 2.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – gram flour
• 3 tbsp – ghee, melted
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 – shah jira
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain (carom seeds)
• Salt to taste
• Ghee to drizzle
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, except ghee to drizzle.
- Make 14-15 portions of dough.
- Knead each one well.
- Roll into 8 inch rounds, roast both sides well on hot griddle.
- Aid roasting by pressing with a wooden presser.
- When golden and crisp, drizzle a little ghee on top.
- Fold in half and serve hot.
