
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Pastas (any variety)
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• 1/2 cup – mixed veggies
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Take the cooked paste, rolled oats, mixed vegetables, gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves with enough salt.
- Sprinkle some water and turn everything into a thick batter.
- Heat oil for Deep Frying, make small balls from the batter and drop gently to the hot oil, fry until they turn crispy and golden brown.
- Enjoy hot with a cup of coffee.
