Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• D1 tsp – dried herbs
• 1 tsp – cinnamon-clove powder
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida powder

Method:

  1. Add chilli powder, crushed dried herbs, cinnamon-clove powder, asafoetida powder to tomato puree.
  2. Bring to a boil, cool, freeze in ice cube trays.
  3. When frozen, remove cubes, place in zip lock freezer bag.
  4. Use as and when required to season soups, gravies, pizza toppings, rice, etc.
