
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Orange juice
• 1/3 cup – Lime juice
• 1/3 cup – butter/oil
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 2 Cloves – garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp – Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Tandoori Chicken masala
• 1 lb – Boneless Chicken
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine orange, lime juices, butter, honey, garlic, pepper and chicken masala.
- Add chicken pieces and let stand in the fridge at least 2 hrs or preferably overnight.
- Prepare grill for medium heat, placing rack about four inches from coals.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken.
- Grill for about 15 mins.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade again.
- Make sure all the pieces are wet again. Discard rest of the liquid, if any.
- Put the chicken back on the grill.
- Grill until golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney or cheese dip.
