
Ingredients:
• 500 gms – minced Mutton steak
• 250 gms – sausage mince
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 carrots, grated
• 2 Potatoes (225 gms.) grated
• 1.5 cup – frozen peas, thawed
• 1 tomato, finely chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 1.5 cup – flour
• For Sauce:1.5 cup – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
Method:
- Combine meats, vegetables, pepper, salt, eggs, paste, sauce and flour.
- Press into a large glass or plastic ring mould.
- Cook on medium for 28 to 30 mins.
- Unmould and turn right side up.
- Glaze with blended tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cut into slices and serve.
