
Ingredients:
• 4 cups Wheat flour
• 2 cups Bajra flour
• 2 cups Methi (fenugreek) leaves, chopped
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 tsp. kasuri Methi
• 1 tbsp. coriander powder
• 2 tbsp. dried Lime powder
• 2 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• 2 level tsp. salt
• Water
• Oil or Ghee
Method:
- Sift together the wheat and bajra flour in a bowl.
- Add methi, salt, coriander powder, dried lime powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, chopped onions and green chillies.
- Add enough water to knead to a smooth dough.
- Set aside for 30 mins.
- Divide the dough into 20 small balls and roll into round chapatti shapes.
- Shallow fry methi rotis like parathas. Serve hot.
