
Ingredients:
• 250 gms – mixed vegetables like carrots, French beans, green Onion and Cabbage
• 2 Capsicums
• 1 tbsp. – cornflour
• 2 tbsp. – soya sauce
• 4 tbsp. each – Sugar and Vinegar
• 1/2 cup – vegetable stock
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Method:
- Dissolve corn flour in vegetable stock. Shred the vegetables and steam till almost cooked.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and cook till a little thick, put in the vegetables and continue cooking till the sauce thickens.
- Serve over boiled noodles.
