Ingredients:
• 1 – pizza base.
• 1/2 cup – pizza gravy.
• 1/2 cup – puffed wheat.
• 1 – onion, thinly sliced.
• 1 tbsp – capsicum, chopped finely.
• 1/4 cup – mozzarella or processed cheese, finely grated.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 C for 5 mins. If pizza base is too thick, warm and press down to flatten.
- Add puffed wheat to gravy, spread over pizza base.
- Top, first with onion, then capsicum.
- Garnish with grated cheese, grill in hot oven for 5-7 mins.
- It is done, once base is crisp and edges golden.
- Remove, cool a little, before serving.
- To serve, cut with pizza cutter, or scissors into quarters.
- Serve hot and crisp, with ketchup.
