Ingredients:

• 2 packets – Orange jelly
• 200 gm – fresh Cream
• 1 big cup – vanilla ice-cream
• 8 tbsp – icing Sugar
• 20 – Almonds (sliced)
• 4 – Oranges
• 1/2 tsp – Orange essence.

Method:

  1. Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the oranges. Keep aside few whole peeled segments of the oranges for decoration.
  3. Break the remaining segments into small pieces.
  4. When the jelly sets firmly, break up the jelly with the help of a fork.
  5. Add cream, vanilla ice-cream, orange pieces and orange essence.
  6. Mix gently.
  7. Transfer in a big fancy glass bowl.
  8. Sprinkle icing sugar on it and gently pat with your palm.
  9. Decorate with whole segments of orange and almonds and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  10. Serve chilled.
