
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 – large Onion
• 4 sprigs – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Take wheat flour and add a little oil. Knead with water to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls (6-8) and keep aside.
- For filling and paratha:
- Cut the onion very fine.
- Add in chopped onion, chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt.
- Make small roti with the dough balls.
- Place the filling in it, cover and roll out gently.
- Fry both the sides nicely with more oil.
- Serve with pickle.
