Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 – large Onion
• 4 sprigs – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Take wheat flour and add a little oil. Knead with water to make a soft dough.
  2. Make small balls (6-8) and keep aside.
  3. For filling and paratha:
  4. Cut the onion very fine.
  5. Add in chopped onion, chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt.
  6. Make small roti with the dough balls.
  7. Place the filling in it, cover and roll out gently.
  8. Fry both the sides nicely with more oil.
  9. Serve with pickle.
