Ingredients:

• 1 large Raw Mango (totapuri variety is preferable)
• 1/2 Coconut (grated)
• 3 to 4 Red Chillies
• 7 to 8 seeds – Methi seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Hing powder
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• small piece Jaggery
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the mangoes.
  2. Roast the methi seeds and red chillies in very little oil.
  3. Coarsely grind the mangoes, coconut and other ingredients.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Preserved for 1 to 2 days only.
