Ingredients:
• 250 g – tender fresh Corn kernels
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 inch – Ginger piece
• 5 – Garlic Cloves
• 2 tbsps – soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tbsp – Red Chillies chopped and ground with Ginger and Garlic
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1 pinch – ajinomoto
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Cook the corn nibblets in salt till soft. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- Once they start spluttering, add the chilli paste to it and let it fry for a few seconds.
- Add the corn and cook on high heat for a minute or two stirring constantly.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, ajinomoto and fry for 1/2 minute more on medium heat.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
