
Ingredients:
• 100 g – spaghetti
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 4 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• 6 eggs
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• salt to taste
• oil
Method:
- Break the spaghetti into small pieces and cook in boiling salted water. Drain and keep aside.
- Beat the eggs well together and add the onion, chilli, coriander leaves, pepper and salt.
- Mix thoroughly and add the spaghetti and cheese.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Brown on both sides and serve immediately.
