Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Paneer (crumbled or grated) or ricotta cheese.
• 1/4-1/3 cup – sweetened condensed Milk (depending on your sweet tooth).
• 1/4 tsp – cardamom.
• A few sprigs – saffron.
• 2 tbsp – powdered Pistachio (unsalted).
• 1 tsp – ghee.
Method:
- In a pan, heat ghee. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix and stir well on low flame until the mixture becomes dry and forms a dough (takes approximately 10 mins).
- Let it cool.
- Shape them anyway you like.
