Ingredients:

• 3 cups – sugar.
• 3 cups – water.
• 3 bunches – pudina leaves.
• 3/4 cup – vinegar.
• green food colour.

Method:

  1. Boil sugar, water and pudina leaves together.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. Add a few drops of green colour.
  4. Mix in the vinegar.
  5. Strain through a clean cloth.
  6. Bottle and refrigerate.
  7. To serve pour quarter glass juice and three quarter glass cold water or cold soda.
