
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – sugar.
• 3 cups – water.
• 3 bunches – pudina leaves.
• 3/4 cup – vinegar.
• green food colour.
Method:
- Boil sugar, water and pudina leaves together.
- Let it cool.
- Add a few drops of green colour.
- Mix in the vinegar.
- Strain through a clean cloth.
- Bottle and refrigerate.
- To serve pour quarter glass juice and three quarter glass cold water or cold soda.
