Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – roasted rava
• 1/2 cup – idli batter
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – carrot, grated
• 1/4 tsp – baking soda
• 6 – Curry leaves
• 3 tbsp – Coriander leaves chopped
• Salt as per need
• Oil for Deep Frieding

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix roasted semolina, idli batter, salt and keep them aside for 1 hour.
  2. Semolina will absorb water from idli batter.
  3. To the semolina mixture add finely chopped onions, baking soda, green chillies, carrot, curry leaves and cilantro leaves.
  4. Heat oil and make small balls from the batter and fry till golden brown.
