Ingredients:

• 1 cup – ricotta cheese

Method:

  1. Add the ricotta cheese to a wide pan.
  2. Heat on a low flame. The aim is to take the moisture out of the ricotta.
  3. Stir gently from time to time for 15 to 20 mins.
  4. Khoya is ready.
