
Ingredients:
• 4 cups chapatti atta.
• 2 level tsp. salt or to taste.
• 4 tbsp. ghee.
• 1&1/2 cups Mint leaves, ground to a paste.
• 1 tsp. chopped Green chillies (optional) .
• ¼ cup powdered mint.
• Water for kneading.
• Ghee for frying .
Method:
- Sift together the chapatti atta and salt in a bowl, rub in 4 tbsp. ghee evenly, add water and knead to a stiff dough.
- Add the green chillies and mint paste and knead again.
- Set aside for 25 mins.
- Divide the dough into 20 balls.
- Flatten and roll into round chapattis.
- Cook each one with a little ghee.
- When done, sprinkle some powdered mint over each pudeena roti and serve hot.
