Ingredients:

• Corn flour- 100 g
• Wheat flour 50 g
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Water- 1/2 cup.

Method:

  1. Combine the maize flour, the wheat flour, 1 tbsp of oil and salt in a bowl and knead into a soft dough with water.
  2. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Now divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll out into rotis.
  4. Heat a griddle on a high flame and place the roti gently over it.
  5. Cook both the sides until small blisters appear on the surface.
  6. Serve hot.
