
Ingredients:
• 500 grams – boneless Chicken
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – all spice powder
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Butter or Ghee
Method:
- Wash the chicken well.
- Mix together the ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt, vinegar, all spice powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with this mixture for 10 mins.
- Cook the chicken without adding water in a pan till nearly done.
- Arrange the chicken pieces on a baking tray and brush with butter.
- Grill in a moderate oven till brown for 30 mins.
- Serve hot with chips and onion rings.
