
Ingredients:
• 10 – king Prawns
• For the Garlic chilli paste:
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 2 – Cloves Garlic
• 2 – chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 220 C.
- Mix all ingredients for the garlic chilli mix and set aside.
- Place the prawns in the dish.
- Brush with garlic-chilli mix.
- Pour any remaining liquid over the prawns.
- Cook in an oven until prawns turn pink.
- Serve immediately with toasted bread.
