Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Mutton chops
• 5 – Maggi Chicken cubes
• 6 – Green chillies (paste)
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• For Frying:
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 – eggs (whisked)
• Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash the mutton chops, add all the ingredients except those for frying and mix well.
  2. Marinate for about 30 mins.
  3. Now transfer the mixture in a pressure cooker and add about 1.5 glasses water.
  4. Pressure cook the chops for about 4 to 5 whistles.
  5. When the chops are almost done, drain the water. Let them cool.
  6. For frying, heat sufficient oil in a pan.
  7. Take the chops, dip in whisked egg, then coat in bread crumbs and deep fry.
  8. Serve with dahi mint chutney.
