 
            Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg – Cabbage 
 • 350g – Potato 
 • 250g – Onion 
 • 2 cup – curds 
 • 4 – green chillies, chopped 
 • a small piece – Ginger 
 • 6 Cloves – Garlic 
 • 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder 
 • 1 tsp – chilli powder 
 • 1 tsp – Sugar 
 • salt to taste 
Method:
- Chop the cabbage finely.
- Peel and cut potato into cubes.
- Chop onion finely.
- Grind green chillies, garlic, and ginger together with a little salt.
- Add the ground paste and the vegetables in a pan and cook covered until soft.
- Do not add water. The vegetables will cook in their own juices.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder, sugar, and more salt if needed.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat the curd till it becomes smooth, add it to the vegetables, mix well, and remove from fire.
- Serve as an accompaniment to a rice-based meal or with chapatis.
