
Ingredients:
• 2 – Onions
• 6 – Red Chillies
• 3 pods – Garlic
• 1 or 2 flakes – Tamarind
• a bunch – Coriander leaves
• a bunch – Curry leaves
• oil for frying
• salt for taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions along with the red chillies till they turn brown.
- Add garlic, tamarind and fry till the garlic becomes soft.
- Add salt and coriander leaves (more leaves, more taste) and fry till the coriander leaves become soft.
- Cool the mixture and grind it to a paste adding a little oil.
