Ingredients:

• 2 – Onions
• 6 – Red Chillies
• 3 pods – Garlic
• 1 or 2 flakes – Tamarind
• a bunch – Coriander leaves
• a bunch – Curry leaves
• oil for frying
• salt for taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions along with the red chillies till they turn brown.
  2. Add garlic, tamarind and fry till the garlic becomes soft.
  3. Add salt and coriander leaves (more leaves, more taste) and fry till the coriander leaves become soft.
  4. Cool the mixture and grind it to a paste adding a little oil.
