
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – tender Beef
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 2 – green chillies, slit
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Cumins powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – spice powder
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs, chopped for garnishing
Method:
- Boil the beef in a little water, a pinch of turmeric and a little salt in a pressure cooker till tender.
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the onions, green chillies and the ginger garlic paste for some time.
- Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, spice powder and fry for some time with a little water.
- Add the cooked beef along with the soup, chopped garlic and salt and simmer till the gravy is thick.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
