Ingredients:

• 1 kg – tender Beef
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 2 – green chillies, slit
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Cumins powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – spice powder
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs, chopped for garnishing

Method:

  1. Boil the beef in a little water, a pinch of turmeric and a little salt in a pressure cooker till tender.
  2. Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the onions, green chillies and the ginger garlic paste for some time.
  3. Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, spice powder and fry for some time with a little water.
  4. Add the cooked beef along with the soup, chopped garlic and salt and simmer till the gravy is thick.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
