Ingredients:

• 1 – Cauliflower (small)
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 – Brinjal
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 3 – Green chillies
• Turmeric powder
• salt, to taste
• Garam Masala
• 6-8 – cashews

Method:

  1. Cut all vegetables. Take a wok and pour oil.
  2. Let the oil heat for sometime and then add jeera, ginger-garlic paste. After that add onions.
  3. When onions are brown add, garam masala.
  4. Add all vegetables, turmeric, garam masala, salt and let it cook for some time.
  5. Add little water.
  6. Grind cashew and add it to the vegetables.
  7. Let it cook till all the vegetables are tender.
  8. Add chopped coriander.
  9. Serve it hot with chapattis and puris.
