Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Chopped, Spinach
• 2 – Large potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 20 g – White sesame/til seeds roasted
• 1 tsp – Chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp – Chopped Garlic
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Chopped, Coriander leaves
• 2 – Green chillies ,chopped
• salt to taste
• 4 tbsp – Oil.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together.
  2. Shape them into small cutlets/patties.
  3. Heat the oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the cutlets/patties on both sides until brown.
  4. Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
