
Ingredients:
• 1 tin – green young Jackfruit
• 1/4 cup – fresh Coconut
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Open tin and squeeze out all water from jackfruit.
- Smash the jackfruit with hands.
- Fry urad dal and coriander seeds in 1 tsp full of oil.
- Grind coconut and chilli powder coarsely.
- Add fried dal, coriander seeds and grind for 1 minute.
- Mix this mixture to the jackfruit.
- In a kadai add 1 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters add the jackfruit mixture.
- Fry on low flame for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt.
- Serve with chapatti or rice.
