Ingredients:
• 1 cup – semolina
• 3/4 cup – buttermilk
• 1 tbsp – Onions (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• Some Cilantro leaves (chopped) as desired
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required
Method:
- Mix semolina and buttermilk and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Then add all the above ingredients except oil and mix.
- Add water if required.
- Heat a non stick pan and grease it with a spoonful of oil.
- Add a ladleful of batter and spread it quickly.
- Let it cook on medium flame.
- Add some oil from the sides.
- Cover and cook for some minutes.
- Then turn and cook the other side.
- Remove when done.
- Serve with coconut chutney or ketchup.
