Ingredients:
• Prawns – 1/2 kg.
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp.
• Green chillies – 4.
• Coriander leaves – 100 g.
• Khus-khus (poppy seeds) – 2 tsp.
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Cloves – 2.
• Cardamom – 2.
• Cinnamon – 2.
• oil – 3 tbsp.
• Coconut powder – 50 g.
• Onion (chopped) – 2.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Make a smooth paste of green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and khus-khus.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions till translucent.
- Add the whole spices and the cumin seeds.
- Add the prawns, turmeric powder and fry for 6 mins.
- Add the coconut powder and the green paste. Fry for 2 mins.
- Add salt. Stir and serve hot with steamed rice.
