
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Peanuts
• 1/2 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 1 tbsp – Saunf (fennel)
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 pinch – asafetida (hing)
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except peanuts, with some water. Coat each peanut with this dry mixture.
- Microwave all the peanuts in a greased tray on medium high for about 9 to 10 min.
- Keep for some more time if required – until it becomes hard.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
