Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – finely chopped, red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup – chopped- Sun-dried Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – Cream cheese or sour-Cream
• 1/4 cup – Yoghurt/curd
• 1/2 tsp- Pepper
• 1 – Garlic Clove
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Coarsely grind the bell peppers and garlic to form a paste
  2. Mix the paste with the yogurt, the cream cheese and the pepper
  3. Lightly fold in the tomato pieces
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Sprinkle with oregano
  6. Chill for 10- 15 mins before serving.
