
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped, red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup – chopped- Sun-dried Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – Cream cheese or sour-Cream
• 1/4 cup – Yoghurt/curd
• 1/2 tsp- Pepper
• 1 – Garlic Clove
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Coarsely grind the bell peppers and garlic to form a paste
- Mix the paste with the yogurt, the cream cheese and the pepper
- Lightly fold in the tomato pieces
- Add salt to taste
- Sprinkle with oregano
- Chill for 10- 15 mins before serving.
