Ingredients:

• 3 cups – raw Peanuts (kachha Peanuts)
• For masala:
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• 2 tsp – Khus Khus
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – masala powder
• Hing – one pinch
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Divide peanuts into two parts.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Wash one portion of peanuts. Immediately drain.
  4. Spread it in a plate and apply masala powder.
  5. Peanuts must be coated nicely.
  6. Fry peanuts.
  7. For the second portion, repeat the same procedure.
