
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – raw Peanuts (kachha Peanuts)
• For masala:
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• 2 tsp – Khus Khus
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – masala powder
• Hing – one pinch
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Divide peanuts into two parts.
- Heat oil.
- Wash one portion of peanuts. Immediately drain.
- Spread it in a plate and apply masala powder.
- Peanuts must be coated nicely.
- Fry peanuts.
- For the second portion, repeat the same procedure.
