
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 1 tbsp – ghee/oil
• 2 cups – Sugar
• A pinch – kesari powder mixed with Milk
• 3 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup- cashew nuts, Raisins
• 1 – Banana
• 1 tsp- Cardamom powder
Method:
- Fry rawa, cashew nuts and raisins in ghee/oil till golden brown.
- Then add the milk. Keep stirring, and when it boils, add sugar and the kesari powder.
- Keep adding ghee as and when required.
- Finally cut the banana into small pieces and add them to the kesari.
- Garnish with cardamom powder and serve hot.
