
Ingredients:
• Rajmah – 1 cup
• Boiled Potato – 1Nos.
• Salt – to taste
• Green chillies – 2 Nos.
• Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tsp
• Rice flour – 1 tbsp
• Corn flour or Maida – 1 tbsp
• Oil – for deep frying
Method:
- Pressure cook Rajmah & drain.
- Now in a bowl put the cooked rajmah and smash it
- Add boiled potato smash together.
- Add all other ingredientds except oil.
- Mix well, shape them like cutlets & deep fry
- Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
