Ingredients:
• 2 – Green Brinjals
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Rice flour – 1 tbsp
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut brinjal into fairly thick round pieces.
- Apply salt and chilli powder evenly to all pieces.
- Take rice flour in a plate and coat the brinjal pieces.
- Shallow fry them on a tawa till crisp, and place them on a tissue to remove excess oil.
