Ingredients:

• Cassava – 2 to 3 large pieces
• 1 – Coconut grated
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and halve the cassava.
  2. Remove its centre thread.
  3. Cut pieces about 2 to 3 inches in length.
  4. Wash in water and boil.
  5. Add diluted coconut milk with chillies, salt, and onion.
  6. Once this reduces, add thick coconut milk.
  7. Cook for a few minutes till done.
